How to reach us
You can find us within the Northern fort of Berry Head nature reserve, on the southern tip of Torbay (just a mile from Brixham).
Parking
There is a large car park just outside the two forts on Berry Head: TQ5 9AP. At busy times, an additional field is opened for cars. To protect the headland, it is not possible to drive beyond the car park. The Guardhouse Cafe and the Northern Fort can be accessed via a tarmac road from the car park - it is about 400m walk. The car park uses a pay-on-exit system, but it doesn't have barriers; instead the camera recognises your number plate and the machine tells you the correct fee when you come to leave the car park. You can pay by cash or card, or you can pay online within 48 hours of parking. Simply log on to https://www.parkwithease.co.uk/make-a-payment.aspx and it should all work smoothly. Members of Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust can park for free at Berry Head car park.
Disabled Access
The Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust has two mobility scooters available to borrow (free of charge) from the car park. You must organise these in advance by calling 01803 882619.
