Fish Evening Menu
The menu for our fish evening on Friday is finished… Full of home-made dishes featuring local fish!
Friday 13th April, from 6:30pm
Home-cured Salmon gravadlax
Char-grilled Courgettes, Beetroot Puree, Water Cress
Scallops in garlic butter
Parmesan Cheese, Pea Shoots, Buttered Bread
Refreshing crisp Apple sorbet
With a Raspberry Coulis
Pan-roasted fillet of Gurnard
New Potatoes, Pea Puree, White Wine Velouté
Plaice and Rosemary Involtini
Citrus Risotto, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Pesto Dressing
Coconut and Yoghurt Panna Cotta
Chocolate Sauce, Mixed Berry Compote
The evening will start from 6:30pm, please arrive when convenient for you, and bring a torch for your walk back to the carpark!
Tickets £25 each, advance booking is required (and due to no-shows in the past we now have to take a £10 deposit on booking).
With advance notice we can cater for most dietary needs.
