In January we worked hard on redecorating and improving the interior of the Guardhouse. This involved closing for four days, the only time apart from Christmas Day that we have planned to be closed for years! Everywhere from the inside of the fridges to the wooden floor to the window frames in the ceiling had a VERY deep clean. Meanwhile…
Laila joined our team in summer 2019. She learnt fast how to make beautiful coffees and is now one of our baristas. She also has a great handwriting which you can see on the specials board! She is also an expert with creative design and graphics, and is working on updating our cafe logo. Watch this space!
